This is the second house i purchase with Bill Diaz. I am not very familiar with the house buying process but Bill made it so i understood every line on the paperwork and also made sure I didn't make any mistakes while i was in the house buying process. Didn't matter whether I had sufficient time to close (my first house) or had only a single month to close (my 2nd house), Bill always had time to for my wife and I and bent over backwards to have everything ready to close. This is my second time using Bill Diaz for a mortgage loan so that in itself should tell you that I trust him and he gets straight to business.If you have dead lines he will accommodate it. He does not take days off you can call him on a Sunday and he will answer. He is their for you 24/7 and you will not get better service from anyone. You will not regret using him and for sure you will recommend your family and friends to use him.
